At Viidi, we strive to provide high-quality hair accessories, hair clips, and women’s jewellery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 5 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Must include original packaging and tags
  • You must have proof of purchase

Return Conditions

Returns will only be accepted if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The product is returned in original condition with packaging
  • The request is raised within the return window

⚠️ Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or without tags will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or discounted products
  • Gift cards
  • Personal use items (for hygiene reasons)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, contact us within 48 hours at:

We will resolve the issue at the earliest.

Exchanges

We only replace items if:

  • They are defective or damaged
  • The same product is available in stock

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified about approval
  • If approved, refund will be processed within 7–10 business days
  • Refund will be credited to your original payment method

Shipping for Returns

  • Reverse pickup will be arranged where available
  • If not available, customers may need to self-ship the product
